Delivery has occurred once the Purchaser or their representative has taken possession of the item.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 working days after ordering (with the exception of Swedish public holidays). All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail that will notify you of the track and trace number.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. During campaigns and sale, arrival times may be longer.
Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. We only deliver to residential and business addresses, hence, not to P.O. boxes. Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used. The goods must be signed for upon receipt, but does not necessarily need to be signed by you. People at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, friend, or receptionist) may sign for the receipt with binding effect on you.
Our carrier will make one delivery attempt. The carrier will leave a receipt, which informs you about the details of the next delivery attempt and the possibility of a self-pickup. The carrier will usually keep the goods up to 7 days before returning them to us as undelivered. Please note that our carrier can also deliver the goods to your neighbour, if you have given your consent to this and if the circumstances allow it. Please note that the risk of loss or of damage to the goods passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the goods. If you wish to complain about any lack of conformity, you are required to give notice to us. Please read more under «Damages».
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will normally be active within 24 hours.
There are NO duties or extra custom/ tax fees to be paid by the customer. We ship DDP (duty delivery paid) to every market in Europe.
Once Untold/Independent Fashion Agency AS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
